Our IT department is at the heart of our agile transformation. In our triangle of talent, client and corporate employees, the philosophy of agile working ensures that we can fully connect with our end users and stakeholders. All our teams design, manage, and develop customized software to optimally support our services. This is how we combine the power of tech with a personalized approach - the human touch.

In the quickly evolving world of work, things that seem important today may be irrelevant tomorrow. By maintaining a steady rhythm of working together and making improvements, we can make sure that we are working on the right things at the right time. But how do we know that, exactly? That’s where data and feedback from all stakeholders comes in. And this approach is clearly having an impact: besides IT, our HR and Marketing departments, among others, are now also switching to an agile way of working.

Our agile transformation is taking place alongside a digital transformation on an international level. Within the Randstad Group, we are increasingly working together across borders, which means that our IT department is now working on scalable platforms and solutions that can be used and adapted by all regions. Needless to say, this is quite a complex endeavour. We see agile as a cornerstone of our future, aligning the needs of our various clients, our organization, and the technologies we use.

Our scrum masters and product owners work across all 36 product teams within RGN IT. Your colleagues could be application administrators, data scientists, or developers. Our teams are the heart of our department and are therefore given every opportunity to organize their work themselves. 

The working atmosphere at Randstad is professional yet informal. “Everyone knows that they can rely on each other; we work together to achieve our goals. Besides the fact that we are all passionate about our work, we can also have fun together. There are plenty of fun breaks and activities outside working hours.”

You are also affiliated with a chapter, where you work together on developing expertise and professional skills. This way, product owners and scrum masters can work together to find the best way to help not only the organization grow, but also the teams and individuals.

As agile specialist, what we value most is an agile state of mind. You are someone who focuses on people and their interactions. Someone who is constantly looking for ways to improve. Whether that is the team, the business or on an individual level. In addition to that you have experience working in an agile environment and view the different agile methodologies (scrum, kanban) as a tool, not a goal in and of itself. A high level of critical and analytical thinking as well as fluent Dutch is also a must.

salary
We pay a ​​​​​​​competitive salary based on your job scale. In addition, we have a number of components that are supplementary to your fixed salary.
home office budget Once every five years, each employee receives an amount of € 750 to set up an ergonomically
responsible work space at home. You also will receive an internet allowance. 
benefit budget
Generous monthly benefit-budget on top of your salary and holiday allowance that you can choose to spend on extra time off, perks such as a tablet, bike, gym subscription or simply get paid out. We will explain it to you in this video.
mobility Depending on your position you may be eligible for a lease car or a mobility budget. No matter what your commuting costs are fully covered. 
bonus and shares We have a generous bonus scheme depending on your role and you also have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus twice a year. In addition, if you want to share in the success of Randstad worldwide, you can participate in our generous share purchase plan. 
vacation A good work-life balance is important. We offer you 25 vacation days, plus the possibility to buy extra days. We also offer flexibility leave, 8 days paid leave if your partner has given birth, the opportunity to take a sabbatical once every three years and 1 day paid leave for volunteering activities.
phone and laptop
To ensure that you can work flexibly, we provide a mobile phone and data subscription with global coverage. In addition, once every two years, you’ll receive a net contribution of € 225 for the purchase of a smartphone (cyop). We will explain it to you in this video. You will also receive a laptop on loan.
growth and development In addition to a warm onboarding with a buddy, we offer a wide range of training like custom udemy learning paths and access to external training courses. Once every four years you can have a labour market value scan which will give you insight into your employability.
