salesforce at randstad.
Salesforce plays a key role at organizations like Randstad Group Netherlands, where making connections is everything. For this reason, we are transitioning to a single central Salesforce platform – not only in the Netherlands, but also worldwide. We are collaborating on an international level more and more often, and we are committed to pooling our knowledge and innovations. For example, in 2021 we established the Center of Excellence in Diemen, where sales processes used all over the world are being reviewed and reimagined. We are working closely with Salesforce to build a central base that individual regions and countries can then further develop. It is a venture that is not without its challenges.
How do we strike the right balance between harmonization and local needs? What is the best way to adhere to all of the legal obligations that differ from country to country? And how can we integrate centralized solutions into various architectural landscapes? Our Salesforce specialists therefore have an impact both locally on our Dutch labels Randstad, Tempo-Team, and Yacht, and internationally.
We collaborate very closely with the end user, which means we are able to translate functional questions into practical technical solutions. As a Salesforce specialist, you can see exactly which business development you have contributed towards.
Our IT department works in a multi-cloud environment, and the infrastructure in the Netherlands is primarily based on AWS. Since our Salesforce team operates across borders, they also face challenges related to global architecture guidelines, ISO standards, and different infrastructures.
We use the following Salesforce technology:
- SalesCloud
- MarketingCloud
- ServiceCloud
- Bullhorn for Salesforce

- Lightning Flows
- APEX APIs (REST/SOAP)
- APEX triggers & classes
- Lightning Web components
